"After 25 years with USAA they told me they weren't going to renew my auto policy due to a few accidents on of my daughters had. My niece that works for State Farm got Craig Loftis name from her boss Phillip Bell. Craig wasn't there when I called so I spoke to one of his Agents Jonah. I explained my current position with USAA and he immediately told me that he understood and would do his best for me. He provided me with a couple of quotes for Auto and Homeowners policies. I had received several quotes from other Insurance Companies and State Farm wasn't the cheapest but the professionalism and knowledge that Jonah displayed blew the rest of them away. So I spent a little bit more with State Farm but I know who to call when I have Insurance questions in the future. I have no doubt that the Customer Service will be outstanding and I am saving over $8500 annually. Had I known the savings would have been this much I would have left USAA years ago."
